ProntoPass Solutions Return Policy. We gladly accept returns, but we have a no refund, no credit policy. Explanation: We spend a lot of time creating MEMORONICS and every once in a while someone orders ProntoPass materials and then quickly copies the MEMORONICS and then want to return the material. That is not fair or honest. This is how we make a living. Like most things in life, if you want someone's time or talent, you must pay for it. ProntoPass is no exception. Also, every once in a while someone orders MPJE without reading our description. Upon receipt, it is not what they wanted. We do not offer a satisfaction guarentee (although they would have been satisfied had they read the discription). But, what we do offer is much more robust - a guarantee you will pass the test.
