UMPJE GUARANTEE 

The ProntoPass® guarantee is good for one year from the date of purchase or until you take the UMPJE, whichever comes first. You must return your registration card within 14 days of purchase. Should you be unsuccessful, we will work with you until you pass or give you a refund, your choice. If you would like a refund, we simply ask that you promptly (received within 2 weeks of test date), return your package with a copy of your results and a copy of your college diploma showing that you graduated from a U.S College of Pharmacy with a Pharm D degree. Sorry, guarantee does not apply to those required to take the FPGEE (Foreign graduates).
