NAPLEX Study Package
We DO NOT guarantee the ProntoPass® NAPLEX® Study Package. This is a supplement to be used after studying the big books. Since we do not now how well you studied the big books we do not guarantee this product.
1 MPJE Review
The ProntoPass® guarantee is good for one year from the date of purchase or until you take the MPJE, whichever comes first. We guarantee one (1) state only. You must return your registration card within 14 days of purchase and on the registration card you will identify which state you want this guarantee to apply to. Should you be unsuccessful, we will work with you until you pass or give you a refund your choice. If you would like a refund, we simply ask that you promptly (within 2 weeks of test date), return your package with a copy of your results and a copy of your diploma showing where you graduated. Sorry, guarantee does not apply to those required to take the FPGEE (Foreign graduates).
The maximum refund is limited to 147.95

Please leave a message if no one is available to take the call or you can always email us at ProntoPass@gmail.com There are some limitations: we only service the original buyer and only for one year from the date of the original purchase, or until you have passed the test, whichever occurs first.
- RETURN POLICY -
We have a NO return policy. Any items returned will not be credited. We have this no return policy for two reasons: 1) Our package consists of multiple parts but the core consists of two items: the State Statutes that we many times organize better for reading and studying and our State Law Review which consists of our Questions and Answers. With these two items, we print to order. We only print after we have received the order. We do this because State Boards of Pharmacy are now changing their statutes anytime they want compared to once a year as it was a while back. We work hard to make sure that each order has current study material and 2) unfortunately there are a few who would copy our material and try to return it.
