Limitations of Guarantee

The ProntoPass® guarantee and commitment to service is good for one year from the date of purchase or until you take the NAPLEX®, whichever comes first. Follow our suggested program, including successful online testing, and we GUARANTEE you will pass NAPLEX®! If you fail NAPLEX®, promptly (within 2 weeks of notification), return your products along with a copy of your results, a copy of your diploma showing where you graduated, and a copy of your signed off study sheet. Upon verification, we will refund your complete purchase price OR we will work with you for up to one year until you do pass, YOUR CHOICE! Sorry, guarantee does not apply to those required to take the FPGEE (Foreign graduates).

Please leave a message if no one is available to take the call or you can always email us at ProntoPass@gmail.com There are some limitations: we only service the original buyer and only for one year from the date of the original purchase, or until you have passed the test, whichever occurs first.

2 MPJE Review

The ProntoPass® guarantee is good for one year from the date of purchase or until you take the MPJE, whichever comes first. We guarantee one (1) state only. You must return your registration card within 14 days of purchase and on the registration card you will identify which state you want this guarantee to apply to. Should you be unsuccessful, we will work with you until you pass or give you a refund, your choice.  If you would like a refund, we simply ask that you promptly (within 2 weeks of test date), return your package with a copy of your results and a copy of your diploma showing where you graduated. Sorry, guaranteed does not apply to those required to take the FPGEE (Foreign graduates). The maximum refund is limited to $147.95.

 

3 CPJE Review

(When you order the MPJE Review for CA, this is what you get)

The ProntoPass® guarantee is good for one year from the date of purchase, or, until you take the CPJE, whichever comes first. Since the CPJE is mostly clinical pharmacy, this guarantee only covers those students who also purchased our NAPLEX® review Combo and passed their NAPLEX® test. Should you be unsuccessful, simply return our product with a copy of your results and a copy of your diploma showing where you graduated. Sorry, guarantee does not apply to those required to take the FPGEE (Foreign graduates).

We have a NO return policy.  Any items returned will not be credited.  We work hard to reduce the quantity of information and we try to organize it better.  We also use Memoronics®.  Unfortunately, there are a few who would copy it and then try to return it.  Because of that we are required to have a no return policy.

NAPLEX® Study Package

We have a NO return policy on our NAPLEX® Tune Up Kit.  Any items returned will not be credited.

MPJE®

We have a NO return policy on our MPJE material.  Any items returned will not be credited.  We spend a lot of time eliminating legal jargon and succinctly summarizing what you need to know.
